THE BIRTH OF ERAD

ECRE, true to the spirit of the Gent Conference, implemented one of the recommendations. ECRE organised a series of meetings and it is in such a meeting in Brussels on 27th November, 2005 that the root of ERAD was planted. The participants and ECRE representatives present supported the setting up of a new refugee advocacy organisation and hence the dawn of European Refugee Advocacy Organsiation (ERAD).
